Namibia

Farm management software built in Namibia.

ForceAgri runs the working farm from one place: workers, wages and balances, attendance, and the land itself, on web and mobile. It is farm management and farm employee management in one system, built here, priced in N$, and supported on a +264 number.

The short answer

What farm management software do Namibian farms need?

A Namibian farm needs software that keeps working where there is no coverage, pays and records workers who may not own a smartphone, and produces the wage, attendance, and balance records you are asked for at month-end and at inspections. It should do all of that without an ERP-sized price tag.

ForceAgri is built in Namibia for exactly that. Register workers, log attendance, and capture payments; the mobile app keeps working with zero bars and syncs when you are back in range, and every worker gets an SMS with their new balance. One plan at N$850 per month per farm, after a free first month.

Why farms here choose it

Made for Namibian farm conditions.

Four things that matter more on a Namibian farm than anywhere else.

Built in Namibia

Designed and supported from Namibia, for Namibian farm conditions. Priced in N$, with a +264 number you can call or WhatsApp.

Works where there is no signal

Capture attendance, payments, and new workers out in the veld with zero bars. Everything syncs on its own when coverage returns.

SMS to any handset

Workers without smartphones still get an SMS with their balance after every payment, sent from a dedicated farm phone. No SMS API needed.

Wages, advances and balances in one ledger

Every payment, advance, and deduction is recorded per worker in a tamper-evident ledger, with exportable reports for month-end.

Farm employee management

Farm employee management, built for Namibian farms.

Farm employee management software keeps every worker's record in one place: who they are, when they worked, what they earned, what they were advanced, and what they are owed today. On a farm, that record has to be kept in the field as well as in the office, and it has to reach workers who may not have a smartphone.

ForceAgri covers six things for every worker: a digital profile, a QR ID card, daily attendance, wages and advances, a running balance, and an SMS receipt after every transaction. Office staff see it all on the web dashboard, and farm managers use the same records on their phone.

The worker lifecycle

From hiring to settlement.

Every step of a farm worker's employment, recorded in one system.

1. Register the worker

Create a digital profile with ID details, contact number, and a photo, then print a QR ID card for fast identification. With the worker's consent, you can also enrol their face for identity checks.

2. Record daily attendance

Scan the worker's ID card or face with the mobile app to record attendance, with clock-in and clock-out times. Each worker gets an attendance calendar you can check at any time.

3. Wages, advances and deductions

Record wages, advances, and deductions against one running balance per worker. You always know exactly what each person is owed.

4. An SMS after every transaction

The worker receives their new balance by SMS on any basic phone, sent from your farm phone. Fewer disputes on payday.

5. Termination and the full timeline

When someone leaves, record the termination and settle the final balance. Their full employment timeline stays on record for later questions.

Comparison

Generic HR software vs farm software.

Office HR and payroll tools are built for desks and email. A farm needs different things.

Farm payroll

Farm payroll in Namibia: what ForceAgri does today.

Farm payroll in Namibia is more than a monthly payslip run. Wages are often paid weekly or in cash, workers take advances between paydays, and the wage book has to stand up at month-end and at a labour inspection. Most of that work happens on the farm, not in an office.

ForceAgri handles the farm side of payroll. It records attendance, wages, advances, and deductions against each worker's running balance, sends the worker an SMS with the new balance, and exports clean wage and attendance reports from the web dashboard.

ForceAgri does not calculate PAYE or Social Security contributions yet. Your accountant or payroll package still does that, using the records ForceAgri exports. PAYE calculation is on our roadmap as part of a finance module.

Tamper-evident records

Records that prove themselves.

When a worker disputes a balance, the question is always whose record to trust. In ForceAgri, every payment and attendance day is sealed into a signed, append-only ledger. If anyone changes history after the fact, including us, the change is detected. You can show a worker, an accountant, or an inspector a record that proves it was not altered.

Who it is for

Livestock, crops, or both.

The same worker, wage, and attendance engine fits every kind of Namibian farm.

Livestock farms

Track herders and camp workers across large properties, log attendance by camp, and pay wages against a per-worker balance.

Crop and irrigation farms

Manage seasonal pickers and piece-work, issue QR ID cards for fast clock-in, and settle balances at the end of the season.

Mixed and multi-farm operations

Run several farms from one management dashboard with role-based access, per-farm ledgers, and consolidated reports.
