- Append-only. Nothing is ever edited or deleted. Corrections are new, linked entries.
- Chained. Each entry carries a fingerprint of the one before it; change the past and the chain breaks.
- Signed. Sealed server-side with the farm's own key. The public half is public, so anyone can verify.
- Anchored. The chain head is frozen to the Bitcoin blockchain every hour. Even we can't rewrite it.
